Control coating system, film thickness and curing against the use, then compare with the approved colour sample.
压型与加工Profiling & processing
按板型、长度和数量组织开平、辊压、折弯或复合，关注尺寸与切口质量。
Cut, roll-form, bend or laminate to profile, length and quantity, with attention to dimensions and cut edges.
检验与包装Inspection & packing
确认表面、颜色、尺寸和标识，采取适合运输与现场存放的保护方式。
Check surface, colour, dimensions and labels, then protect goods for transport and site storage.

Performance depends on environment, construction, installation and maintenance. Our role is to define what can be confirmed, keep batch records and return to the specific step when questions arise.
- 01与确认样板对照颜色和表面状态。Compare colour and surface with the approved sample.
- 02核对厚度、宽度、长度和板型等尺寸信息。Check thickness, width, length and profile dimensions.
- 03对涂镀层、附着力和加工表现按约定项目确认。Confirm coating, adhesion and forming performance against agreed items.
- 04保留批次、包装和发运信息，方便后续查询。Keep batch, packing and dispatch information available for later reference.

具体检验项目、方法与文件范围可在询价时按项目需求沟通确认。Inspection items, methods and documentation can be agreed around the project during enquiry.
颜色与外观Colour & appearance
在约定光源与观察条件下对照实物样板，记录色号、光泽和表面状态。屏幕显示不作为最终颜色依据。
Compare physical samples under agreed light and viewing conditions, recording colour, gloss and surface. Screens do not govern final colour.
涂层与基板Coating & substrate
围绕膜厚、镀层、附着力和相关力学表现，按产品用途与订单约定确认检验项目。
Film thickness, coating mass, adhesion and related mechanical performance are checked against product use and order agreement.
批次与随货信息Batch & dispatch
将产品、颜色、规格、数量和包装标识关联到批次，便于后续补货、维护与问题回溯。
Link product, colour, size, quantity and packing marks to the batch for replenishment, maintenance and later questions.

Coils, flat sheets and profiled products need different protection: film, moisture barriers, edge protection, strapping and support, with labels matched to the order.
