彩涂板怎么选：从基板、涂层到膜厚Choosing color-coated steel: substrate, coating and film

选彩涂板时，颜色往往最先被看见，却不是最先该决定的。更稳妥的顺序是：先确认使用环境与加工方式，再确定基板与镀层，最后通过实物样板确认颜色和表面。

Colour is the first thing we see in a coated sheet, but not the first thing to decide. Start with exposure and processing, then substrate and coating, and only then approve colour and surface on a physical sample.

沿海或高湿环境通常需要更多防腐余量；折弯和辊压较多的部位要关注涂层柔韧性；对外观要求高的立面则应同时确认光泽、平整度和批次色差控制方式。

Coastal or humid sites usually need more corrosion margin. Heavy bending or roll forming calls for coating flexibility. Visible facades require attention to gloss, flatness and batch colour control.

屏幕颜色与实物色卡，为什么总会有差异Why screen colour and physical samples differ

每种屏幕的色域、亮度和白点不同，环境光源也会改变我们对钢板的感知。手机照片可以传达意向，但不能替代确认样。

Screen gamut, brightness and white point vary, while ambient light changes how steel is perceived. Phone photos can convey intent, not replace an approved sample.

一份清楚的订单，需要写清哪些信息What a clear steel order should include

用途、产品、基板、颜色或色号、厚度、宽度、长度、数量、板型、包装、到货地和期望时间，是常见的核心信息。

Use, product, substrate, colour reference, thickness, width, length, quantity, profile, packing, destination and required timing are the usual essentials.

夹芯板选型，不能只看厚度Sandwich panels are more than a thickness

芯材、面层、板缝、密封和节点共同决定保温与使用表现。冷库、洁净室和厂房关注点并不相同。

Core, faces, joints, sealing and detailing together determine insulation and performance. Cold stores, cleanrooms and factories have different priorities.

NOTE 01 / WEATHERING

耐久性是组合结果Durability is a combination

基板、镀层、前处理、涂层、膜厚、板型、安装与维护共同影响使用表现。单独比较一个数字，往往无法说明完整问题。

Substrate, coating mass, pretreatment, paint, film, profile, installation and maintenance all matter. One number rarely tells the whole story.

NOTE 02 / PROFILE

板型要服从构造The profile follows construction

屋面板型与檩条间距、排水坡度、搭接方式和风荷载有关。先确定构造，再决定板型与长度。

Roof profile relates to purlin spacing, slope, laps and wind load. Establish the construction before fixing profile and length.

NOTE 03 / STORAGE

到货之后也要照顾好Care continues after arrival

卷材和板材应避免长期潮湿、积水和不当堆叠。按包装标识与存放建议管理，有助于保持表面状态。

Coils and sheets should avoid prolonged moisture, standing water and unsuitable stacking. Follow packing marks and storage guidance to protect surfaces.
